Good product
These flanges work as expected.My cup is size 34B. I ordered 24mm flangers. I found them to be a little too tight. Should have gotten a size bigger. However, they work well and are easy to clean. The best part is that they dry fast after washing or sanitizing. Because the flanges come apart, they are also easy to use with hands free pumping bras.I would recommend this product.

Does not work with manual pump!
Pump parts are good quality but won’t work for our purposes. We have the Medel a hand pump harmony because my wife cannot tolerate the electric pump. The parts are NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MEDELA MANUAL PUMP HANDLES! Buyer beware to only get this for replacement electric pump parts.

Different from the original parts. Parts don’t fit into each other well. My husband often has to help me disconnect it in order to properly wash it
