The media could not be loaded. Have not used it. It is heavy and sturdy. I am going to place it outdoor. I hope it is waterproof.

Just received this. I desperately need a good lock box for my business, unfortunately I cannot set this up. It is locked and did not come with a key to open it, therefore, I cannot access the QR code to register it.

I bought this for the ablily to use the open latch to drop keys in, pretty neat feature that I never used, but I find it may be a gateway to destroying the lock to get inside. I mean if someone wanted to go through the trouble. This is definitely the biggest key box iv seen or ordered. It seems well built but not to heavy especially for it size. There is a coating on the metal which is different and Beleive me with all lock boxes I had always a smooth finish and the coating goes due to Sun rays and rain etc. They eventually end up not functioning due to the exposure to condition liek the Buttons etc. So to see like a coating to the metal is nice. The battery slot being on the outside of the box is also like why... Not logically to me.Its not hard to set up but there are some steps that can throw you off, as there are two sets of QR codes to scan on top of the account set up. For somthing so big. There is really little storage space in this thing. And no key hanging hook or anything now the rest is up to time and how it handles the condition.
