Not really instant dry, pretty normal dry time. Pretty thin, you have to do a few layers. It was a nice color though and it was a good price so I'm happy overall.

Good nail polish with some issues
Sally Hansen Insta-Dri nail polish is definitely a good option for the price, I have it in a few colors and I like how strong the color is even with just one coat (although I apply 2 coats for more even/vibrant color). It also dries more quickly than most other nail polishes I've used. However, I noticed that this nail polish is very prone to forming tiny little bubbles upon drying, even when I wait more than 20 minutes between coats and it feels completely dry before applying another coat. This makes the finish look bumpy which is disappointing because otherwise, the nail polish looks so great.
