Bush BDVD8310 10" PORTABLE DVD PLAYER 2 hours battery life DTS

We purchased this portable DVD player for our daughter's eighth birthday and so far she is really enjoying it! Great picture and sound quality and more importantly it is easy to carry and durable, as she has dropped it a few times. All in all... happy with the purchase and it's great to keep the kids occupied for a few hours, especially if you do not like them glued to the TV all day.

This was a birthday present for my partner. After some difficulty with delivery (the courier company don't deliver on Saturday - the only time I'm home as I work a full week - and a slight delay in delivering to the alternate address given) finally received the product and happy to say that it was a complete success! The screen is a good size and although it hasnt been used yet believe it will be a worthwhile purchase.

I bought this Bush DVD player for a client with learning difficulties and she was happy with it. After just over 3 months, it stopped reading discs, with the error showing that there was no disc in it when there was. I informed the seller that it was no longer working but they refused to honour the 1-year guarantee. I did my research and it is clear that it is the seller who is liable - not the manufacturer. The seller has ignored my emails that informed them of their responsibility so my client is now stuck with an unusable DVD player and is £104 poorer. If anyone has any advice, I would appreciate feedback. I would be very wary of purchasing products from sellers like GSM-Fonz who sold my client the Bush Portable DVD player 10 inch Widescreen, as they are refusing to honour the guarantee even though it is clearly against the law to do so.

Nice picture but poor sound quality. Also had two before I finally got one that worked reliably!

Looks ok if a little "plasticy"; sound seems ok and picture quality is fine; light, so a useful piece of equipment when travelling.

Bought 2 of these for my younger kids (6 & 2) and could not be more pleased, they arrived within a few days which was way before the expected delivery date & the condition of the items were excellent, the screen is large & clear and the function buttons clear & easy to use, based on this experience I would definitely buy from this seller again

I'm working away from home at the moment and spending a lot of evenings in hotel rooms so this was perfect for catching up on some box sets i wanted to watch. 10" screen is great for the price but had to buy a small portable speaker as volume was very poor but got a perfectly good one for £4.99 (Also Bush).

Lovely big screen for what I want, sound is extremely low... could do with pumping up a bit more..
