I was considering this and a metal frame that has a pronounced grip. After feeling the leather case in person, it had enough grip for me to hold without thinking it will slip. Additionally, it was slimmer, and I can still put my camera in my jacket pocket with ease.I’ve had it for a couple months and so far the leather has been holding up great it does hold its shape if you pull on it a certain way, so keep that in mind.

The leather, stitching and finish are all excellent. Fits my x100VI perfectly. Note that, as I have seen with other similar products, that the design covers both the compartment giving access to the SD cart and battery. The cover is easily removed using the screw that attaches the cover to the body using the tripod mount socket; the screw has a built-in D ring that allows it to be screwed in without a screwdriver (or coin).

Great style! Took it out and showed friends who immediately commented on the vintage style and look of the case. And the Chocolate color is great, a different look from the lighter version. Great leather quality .

Case was beautifully crafted of fine leather. The access door works perfectly and is kept closed by a magnet. I have several cases for this camera but this is the one Imuse 100% of the time.

Have had the black case for 7 months now and I love it. It was super easy to put on and worth buying. I did have to exchange it for a new one because the first one I ordered didn't sit right with the camera. The second one I received has held up well and used to have a funny smell but that has gone away with time. I like that the bottom flap is magnetic and gives easy access to the battery and SD card slot. It's low profile but also protective.

Extremely satisfied with the product. The quality is great. Color looks great in person.

This case fits very well and seems very well made.
