This waterfall is so beautiful and relaxing. The sound of the water is very full, like an actual stream. The lights are led white. Quality built, functions well, water remained contained. Rocks do look realistic. Very happy with this purchase!!

It has been well over a year since we bought this fountain for our front garden. We usually don't write many reviews, but in this case it is definitely warranted. The fountain itself is quite nice and looks great in our garden. While it does require filling of water every few days, due to evaporation, it is worth the effort. On a couple of occasions, neighbors have knocked at our door later in the evening to let us know we forgot to fill it and it stopped running. Many stop to see it every evening on their nightly walks and say it gives them a few minutes of relaxation and serenity at the end of each day, so they make sure we always keep it filled and running. We did have a small problem at first with just a couple of very small leaks. However, that was easily fixed with some spray waterproof leak sealant. The main reason we are reviewing it at this time is due to their customer service. Just a couple of months after the warrant expired, several of the LED lights died. We searched Amazon and the 'Net for replacement lights and coyuld not find any that were actual matches that would fir perfectly into this fountain. And, even though they were somewhat equivalent, the price for just 2 lights ran at least $50 and we needed at least 4. So, out of desperation, we contacted the manufacturer, Sunjet, and were told they do not have the lights available for sale sale separately. However, they said if we bought a new transformer (for a mere $20), they would be able to include a complete set of 6 new LED lights specifically for this fountain. That was a bargain and we took them up on their offer and oredered immediately. Much to our surprise, the new transformer and lights arrived in just a few days. We were then baffled as how exactly to remove and install the new lights. We wrote them again and they went well out of their way to immediately send us detailed instructions, including many instructional photos to assist us. With all that in hand, the actual partial draining of the fountain, removing the old lights and installing the new lights took a mere 20-30 minuts and we now have our beautiful fountain running perfectly as new. Thier customer service was exemplary and, despite being past warranty, they stood behind their product and took care of us. This is definitely a company you can trust to stand behind thier products and find a way to take care of you, even past the warranty period. And, to emphasize again, this is a beautiful fountain. Our tahnks go out to Sunjet for all their assistance.

This is a beautiful and well made fountain. The wiring is buried deep in the body of the stones.

The media could not be loaded. Love this fountain! It adds a real touch of class to my landscaping. The sound of the cascading water is relaxing and calming. The LED lights add a nice touch of elegance at night. The only downside is that the water evaporates rather quickly in the Florida heat and must be refilled every couple of days. Other than that, it’s perfect.

Beautiful fountain but it leaks all of the water out after running for 2 days. Seller won’t refund because out of 30-day window even though I didn’t open and set it up until last week due to cold weather in our area.

Substantial multi tiered water cascade with bright white led lighting. Heavy enough to withstand windy days. Quick setup and instant gratification. Requires 2 120 volt grounded plugs. Waiting for the birds to discover this.

I love this fountain---easy set up and the sound is so soothing---the pictures show a blue light--but its really a white light that illuminates the fountain at each level----it is lighter then I would think but not cheap--and I added a bin below that I filled with 2 bricks and large rock as ballast and then filled the top with a thick cotton batting so the entire bin is full and will support the fountain--then I but bin top on---placed fountain on top of the gray bin--then put real rocks at base---and will get large rocks and plants to cover the gray bin DIY pedestal:). I just wanted more height after I had it out and so I created the "bin-pedestal" to increase the height of the fountain. I will reiterate that the sound is very soothing and you can have it will light plugged in or off---both are beautiful. I highly recommend this fountain--it fit for our home which is a mix of the tail end of mid-century modern and country home---so the fake rocks were quite close to the real rocks in our whole wall fireplace in the drop floor living room that is not pictured--and so it was brining the stone, water, and wood elements together---it works for our home---
