The customer service of this company is the best I have ever seeing. I normally do not write reviews, but this one deserves one. I had a small issue with my product and right away with not many questions asked they helped me.I love my cap, and I believe it is really helping my hair to be stronger and grow. It is a long process but worth it.

The USB connector fell apart and when I tried to reconnect it, it failed to function as advertised.

Works well. Seen incremental progress with use. Customer service is quick and reliable and work well with the customer and honor the warranty.

I ordered this unit a few months ago for my father. When he opened it the unit wouldn’t work unless he bent the wire that enters the hat in a u-shape. After a few days the whole thing wouldn’t work. After notifying the seller I promptly received replacement product that works great and appears like an improved product. I appreciate the prompt feedback and service from the seller.This is the most powerful red light therapy hat available. It’s certainly more powerful than alternatives I’ve tried.

This is easy to put together and pleasant to use. Too soon to know about hair growth. I had a lot of hair shedding after major surgery. Does anyone know what the setting “H” Breath means?

Lightly used for a few days. Light no longer works. Very disappointed. Very expensive piece of junk. Do not buy
