I think that saying there are 16 toaster pastries is very misleading. Doesn't this mean that there are only 8 packages. How is this a good deal?

There is a big difference in the words pastries and packages when describing Poptarts. In the value pack of 16 one is getting just that 16 pastries. 8 packages and each package has two pastries inside thus your 16 pastries. How can this seem misleading to you? I see nothing misleading about the way it is worded.
