Q: What is the width between the legs?

49" inside measurement x 19" inside measurement. Each leg is about an inch square so if you are needing tight measurements, to see if this is going to fit in a very precise spot, I would add another 3 inches to each of these numbers.

Q: can you adjust height to 33" exactly?

Height can reach exactly 81 cm, nearly 33".

Q: I was wondering if this is a universal stand that will fit a Chicago Electric Miter stand

I purchased this stand and very satisfied. I use a Dewalt saw on it but there are adjustments. I cannot say of it will fit your saw for with the adjustments I think it would. For the price I would consider this stand.

Q: I bought one of these, it says in the description that the legs are adjustable but mine is not.

The height is adjustable, but not the spread of the legs.
