Quick Fast and Good
Went to Costco this afternoon to buy a printer. Least expensive model was 189 dollars. Need something to print a few pages once every 3 months or so. Ordered this from the Costco store at noon. Delivered at home by 4 pm. Works great. Set up was easy and prints great. Let's see how it does. Also got the 8 dollar 3 year warranty just in case. Have always had good luck with Canon products. HP not as much....which is what the Canon is replacing

Great printer, easy set up
My old Canon m990 died. It was sooo heavy. I found this one and wondered how good it could be for the price. Well, color me impressed! It's light weight, wireless (though that wasn't important to me) and just intuitive. It starts printing right away. My old one went through a ton of ink just preparing itself each time i started it.I highly recommend this!

Good first impression.
I ordered this printer as a replacement for an older Canon PIXMA MG 6821, which I was using mainly as a scanner and rare occasional color printing. This is also my intended use for this TS3720. The printer was delivered yesterday well packaged. It is fairly light in weight and decent nice esthetics. It came with a power cord, 2 starter printer cartridges (Black PG-275 and color CL-276), and few pieces of paper documentation, namely useless legal stuff. No printed guide or manual and no USB cable (No biggie). Canon lists a sampler of 3 photo papers included in the box, which was missing and not there (Again, no biggie). Initial basic set up overall was fairly easy and straightforward. There is a brochure with a website to go to. Just follow the instructions which include getting the 'Canon PRINT' app to install the needed drivers. Initial testing for the print and scan functions worked. I have not tested the copy feature. I used a direct USB cable connection to my desktop PC. The little LCD display is a nice feature to have. The print speed is good enough and the print quality is very good for both black and white letter/document, as well as color photo (4x6 photo paper). I have not tested the mobile/Android connection. It takes some searching to find what you need for instructions (e.g. placing the photo paper print side forward and long side up). The wireless connection was a bit of a challenge, but the online instructions helped. I recommend you press the info "i" button to print (3 pages) for network set up. It will have the SSID, MAC address and the printer password which you will need. I created a Canon account and may possibly look into the PIXMA print plan (cheapest for occasional use is currently at $3.99/month, and Canon currently has a 4-month free offer). For $50, it is a good value for this printer and would recommend and purchase again. If your main go-to printer for daily frequent use is a color inkjet multifunction all in one, then spend more and get a better one. Otherwise, for occasional home use, it serves the bill, and time will tell as to durability. The main reasons for dinging one star are some shortcomings: The lack of more adequate instructions (A printed basic user guide would have been nice), better resources on Canon's website in terms of downloads and support (I would have preferred the option of downloadable drivers, instead of an app from the Microsoft store), true advertising (If you say photo paper is included in the box, then by golly include it). Thank you.

Wireless or Plug nPlay with no issue with my desktop with Window 11
Plug and play with UBS, let you by-pass all the wireless setting. I want something simple and just print from my PC, this canon printer workds right away with USB cord to PC. No tricky monthly subscription unless you like the convenience to have your ink delievery. Please read carefully before you do the subcription if that is fit your needs. Otherwise, i think it is a good printer, this is my 3rd Canon Pixma printer, all of them work great for long time.

Can do 8x10 and Photo Glossy.... Can't do both at the same time... and NO SUPPORT!
I went with a Canon because my other printer is a canon. I was hoping to go with something similar just cheap enough to get the job done while my other printer was in the shop getting repaired.....Let's start with complaint #1It advertises it can do letter size prints, 8x10, YEAH!...It advertises that it can print on glossy paper, YEAH!!!!What it doesn't advertise is it cannot do both at the same time. In fact it seems to be really avoiding stating this little 'feature' as though it wanted you to assume it could.Complaint #2It advertises Support available.Support that when you click the link takes you to a page that does not exist and asks you to log in.... even though you are already logged in.... and when you login again the only options it gives you are community support... IE ask the other people who are also pissed about this little 'feature' for help. The few responses that I saw from actual Canon support on the community forums amounted to pointing at videos which completely did not answer the question or when finally pinned down, responded 'of course it doesn't do that, it never said that it did'....#3Okay, so I can't do either of these together... does it atleast do one of these well?Well it prints grainy or it prints tiny.... those are your two choices.....#4Well at least it's cost effective....The printer cartridges should last until my repaired printer gets back to me?Nice in theory, but of the 4 grainy pages I did print, it took the cartridges down to 75%.... brand new cartridges, they weren't even full page prints, most of the page was white space..... That is ridiculous.I have had the printer for all of 6 hours and I am so glad that Amazon has a return policy that is no hassles, because I've already submitted for return and refund on the grounds that this product description is just flat out wrong. I ordered a simple printer that was cost effective, would print 8x10 glossy and while the cartridges were a little expensive, it would get me through till my printer was fixed.... I haven't even made it to the UPS store with my original printer to be shipped off and this new one has even failed at being a crutch.0 Stars! Buyer beware! You don't even get what you pay for with this neutered and unsupported piece of landfill space. AVOID

So far I couldn't hook it up to my Wi-Fi but the last Canon printer was very good
I don't know how many stars I should give this because I could not hook it up with my Wi-Fi and it might be because of my Wi-Fi so otherwise I had a Canon printer before this one and it works very well
