ILMMotorcycle Riding Jacket with Mesh CE Armor and Detachable Thermal Liner Dual Sport All Season for Men Model JAM1

I like variety when it comes to motorcycle jackets, I like I’m sure many of you have several motorcycle jackets. I always wear gear when I ride and a jacket with good armor is a must. When I spotted this jacket, I really liked what I saw and had to give it a try, so I ordered it. I usually wear a XXL, I ordered this jacket in XXL and it fits me perfectly.This is a mesh jacket, perfect for summer riding. The mesh fabric is very comfortable and provides excellent air flow. The jacket also comes with a waterproof liner that enables you to ride in cooler or wet weather. Not a winter Jacket by any means but perfect for summer and warmer fall and spring days. The shoulders and elbows are reinforced for additional abrasion protection. There are CE rated armor pads for the shoulders, elbows and back. The armor pads are decent, but I prefer D30 armor and will probably replace the armor in this jacket with D30 armor. I would like to point out that the current armor fits me extremely well. I have had jackets where it just doesn’t line up with the elbow or shoulder and this jacket is spot on. The stitching on the jacket looks nice and appears very durable. The zippers for the jacket appear to be of good quality and travel smoothly. The liner is also attached via a zipper which works great.There are 2 zippered pockets on the outside and 1 zippered pocket on the inside as well as 1 mesh pocket with Velcro closure on the inside. Pockets are large enough to easily hold your phone or wallet. This is a nice jacket. It looks great is very comfortable, and provides essential protection. I would definitely recommend this jacket.

I am pretty critical of my riding gear and will send it back if I don't like it. I like this jacket. It's a summer weight mesh but includes a full insulated, quilted inner liner that should afford comfort to the 60 degree mark. There is nice protective padding on the elbow and shoulders and a decent back pad is included. Install it if you have haven't switch to an air vest. If you are wearing an inflatable vest, there is enough room in my size large to contain a full inflation and you will still be able to breathe.The zipper works well. There are two pockets on the outside and a two inner pockets on the left side, one of which is secure enough for a wallet or documents. Fit was spot on for me but if needed, you can take in the waist with some velcro tabs. One thing I find very annoying with many jackets are that the sleeves are too short and the elbow pads don't line up. Not so with this one, the sleeves are perfect length, In fact, every aspect of the cut of this jacket was right for me. I would say it has a very "American" cut to the overall proportions which for me means, a little bit of gut room and longer in the arms than what I find in a lot of the Italian brands.The black color and understated stripes blend in with just about any other riding attire. It looks good with jeans or with black pants. The stripes are reflective but not really big enough if you plan on riding at night.

My husband like the looks of this jacket so I ordered it -- and found that all that protective stuff is really ... there. Some can be removed but otherwise the jacket is more stiff than would be comfortable for casual use. Fit was true to size.

Nice fit and feel. The material is protective and when you add in the elbow, shoulder, and turtle back padding this is about as good as you can get with a wearable armor on the street. Light enough without the liner to use in warmer weather but also has a nice insulated inner shell you can wear in the colder weather. Nicely shaped and cut to fit well and leave you room to move. Closure at sleeves, heavy duty zippers and connectors. Not thrilled about the button system that holds the liner in place but it should do it's job so I don't mind. Last year at the end of the season I decided I am going to ride (66 yo, on a Harley) with armor this season so I ordered two jackets with protection and this is the one I like. Hopefully I never have to test it, haven't worn armor to ride since my off road racing days but this really makes sense to me as a daily commuter. Great jacket for the hundred ten bucks. Always wear a helmet. Five stars.

I wore this jacket a few times already and I love it. It feels a bit heavy when holding it in your hand, but doesn't feel heavy when wearing it. The material is breathable. It has an extra liner as an additional layer of warmth since the jacket is breathable, meaning for the hot days, especially in the summer, you can remove the liner and enjoy your riding and allow additional airflow. The inside of the jacket is great as it has pockets in the elbow, shoulder and back to hold the paddings. Overall, this jacket is great and stylish and will definitely add a layer of protection for the unexpected.

This is a nice looking jacket. The fit is just right, nice and snug. Has protection in all the right places. The material seem well made and durable. I would say this is my favorite jacket.

My older jacket is showing its age and I wanted a better quality than what I had before.This jacket is very well-made. It has decent protection, but the quality of the jacket and attention to detail is what makes it shine. This is one of the best options for the money in my opinion.
