This goes on like silk! And it works because I put some on a UV tester and it blocked the UV rays. I’m picky about my Sun screen. I’ve found some that claim they work and they actually don’t. But I’m happy to say this one does work and it’s smooth as butter and not oily. You can use powder foundation over it with ease.
