Got mine hooked up but the blades inside are not moving at all. CO2 just accumulates at the top. How do I get blades to rotate?

Sanding as described is a good idea ( I used 800 grit wet/dry). But the real problem is probably inside the water inlet tube where it enters the reactor body. Look into the water inlet tube; the opening at the reactor body should be perfectly round and there shouldn't be any plastic material protuding into the opening (it's particularly bad for propeller rotation if any excess material is protruding into the flow at the outside edge). My unit had about 10-15% of the diameter blocked at the outside edge - a small rat-tail file took care of that and the propellers-not-rotating-problem too. When reassembling the reactor, don't push the center tube assembly in tight - just far enough to mate the center tube with the water outlet. Then let screwing on the bottom cap push the center tube assembly into its final position. Both propellers should rattle freely after assembly. Good luck.

Does this size reactor bring two suction cups like the smaller version?

Yes mine had 2. About a foot tall. Worked good.

I see thats its mentioned they fit both 12/16 and 16/22mm, But I want to know if its 16/22mm with standard without an an adapter

The larger diameter is supported via really crappy adaptors. It will restrict flow very significantly.

Will this work with an air pump instead of a canister filter?

this works with a canister filter, but not an air pump.

Does a good job

I have this large size reactor on my Eheim 3000lph sump pump and still find I have very fine bubbles coming out of the return nozzle in the tank :( I'm sure my pump is well under the max rated lph this can take so it is a little disappointing.I found I had to use PTFE tape around the base else it leaked - the screw-oon base 'jumped' when tightening up hence the tape.I also put some air line and 1 way valve on the CO2 intake as I have a JBL inline injector, this is to stop a jet of water coming out the top!Lastly, I wouldn't trust using this outside of my sump for fear of leaks / flooding. On this subject the connections are just push fit with no barbs or way to ensure the hose stays put. You should in vest in some hose clamps on top of the PTFE if you get one!
