I've been using this product for almost 6 months and I've been feeling great. I feel more energy and I'm not as hungry all the time. I've even noticed a difference in my skin, it looks and feels healthy. Finally a suplement that works with a resonable price tag.

Easy to swallow capsules and no after taste. I can not say I really noticed a major difference in energy levels or overall health but I wasn’t expecting miracles. I just can not say how effective it was. The ingredients are vegan/plant based and natural. Serving size is 3 capsules daily. One bottle will last a month.
