Great, for the money!
I bought this as live in an apartment and converted my spare room into a gym. It keeps the room icy cold, and yes it's noisy but it's proper AC rather than an air cooler. Also I don't have either of the window types it 'works' with, just ignore that and hang the pipe out of whatever window or door you have. I've also been wheeling it into the bedroom and blasting it on high for 20-30 mins before bed. Like some say it's too loud to use constantly but it's great as a pre-sleep conditioner!

Quite good
I use this in a room measuring 15 sq metres (150 sq ft). You need to let any built up heat out of the room first by opening doors/windows for 5 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes for it to cool down the room - however I am using it in an outdoor wooden studio that gets very hot. It might perform better in a house. It is good enough though, especially as it is considerably cheaper than others. Most summers I cannot use my studio and now I can!! It's a little noisy, but I think most of them are.

NOISY
Quick delivery and well packaged, downside is the noise. Sadly I can't recommend this as I personally don't think it is up to the job, the castors are very flimsy, the vents on the front feel like they can snap when I try to adjust the angle, and worst of all the cold air does not circulate you literally have to be in front of it to feel it. Don't waste your money on this unit, you literally get what you pay for.

Very happy
Bought this for my teenage son's south facing bedroom after complaining he has been struggling to get to sleep even with a large fan in his room and windows wide open. It's compact compared to other mobile air con units and does a brilliant job of keeping his room nice and cold. It can be operated via easily connecting to an app on his phone or just manually operated.I can't comment on its energy efficiency yet as we haven't had our electricity bill calculated yet, but overall I'm really pleased with both the unit and price paid. The only negative was the delivery was a nightmare as the delivery company kept pushing the delivery day out, so in the end it did take a lot longer than anticipated to arrive. I'm not knocking a star off for that as it's unfair for it to reflect on the product itself.

Very good AC unit
Bought this for 2 weeks worth of UK summer. It's been really useful. Easy to install and use. Although the exit pipe is a nuisance but I'm guessing you can't avoid that on any ac unit.

Pay a bit more for a quieter one
Good cooling but no way you can use it at night in a bedroom as it sounds like an industrial fridge freezer even on “sleep mode”

WiFi setup guide...it works.
With the unit off, hold the Timer button until the WiFi light starts flashing.Get they tuya smart app from the app store.Go to your phone / tablet WiFi settings,Search for and connect to your 2.4Ghz WiFi network×××× some broadband WiFi routers will merge 2.4 and 5ghz networks, some will add the 5ghz suffix to the end of the WiFi network name (ssid)others will have a 2.4ghz and 5ghz suffix.Either way you will need to make sure your router has a 2.4ghz network and your phone needs to be connected to it. .Open the all and register / skip and use guest mode.Click add device.AC-NPL will now show.Click add device.once added you will be able to use the app.If you want to control it with google or Alexa or other smart hub you will need to create a free account.*I couldn't add it to Google home but will edit the review if I work out how
