Does not work
Did not work. Put the old one back in and got the water to stop running. This one could not be adjusted to work.

Exact fit. No complaints.
Works exactly as expected. I have 3 toilets that use the flush-mate pressure assist tanks and an unfortunate fact of life for me is that I have to replace these valves about ever 4-6 years on each of the toilets. All of my toilets are now on their 3rd valve, so I've gotten pretty good at replacing them. One word of advice: If you have hard water and scale, before screwing in the replacement, take the time to clean the threads inside the toilet and apply a tiny bit of silicone grease to the threads of the new valve before screwing it into place. I learned this the hard way a few years back when it took all of my strength (and worry I was going to snap something) to get the old valve to release from the tank. Cleaning and greasing will make it so much easier to remove the valve next time!Back to the review: This is an exact fit. It installed as designed. If you don't have the special wrench, you can just stick the handles from a pair of channel locks into the old valve and twist away. There are plenty of youtube videos that will show you how to do the whole process. If your old valves aren't sticking, this is a 5-10 minute job, tops. Any homeowner with even mediocre handyman skills should find this very easy.Price-wise this is about what I expect to pay, and roughly what I did pay in a big-box store pre-covid for a replacement flush-mate valve. Which means it probably a good value vs what it will cost in a big-box store now after all the inflation.
