Works well with MITEL 5320. You just makr sure you have programmed the phone for a headset. Youtube has that process on how to. Good buy for me!

Good Office Hands Free Headset
Shipping was relatively fast considering we live in Hawaii. Headset was exactly what my co-worker and I were looking for.Pros: Easy to set up, lightweightCons: In my opinion, not the most comfortable headset on my head. No stand to hold headset when not in use.

AFFORDABLE AND GETS THE JOB DONE
This headset was ordered for the accountant in the business office. She said she loves it and it works fine. It has been a week now. Easy to just plug into the back of the phone and use right away. Exactly what we wanted.

This headset saved my ears!
I recently started working from home. The headset provided by my company was horrible. By the end of the day my ears were aching. The moment I put this headset on I knew I had made the right choice. It is very lightweight and comfortable. The disconnect option is very convenient. I highly recommend it.

So comfortable!
Best part is that I can use this to connect to my landline at work and then very easily switch out to my iPhone! And I love that I can quickly disconnect and leave my desk without having to take it all off! I just hope it lasts. Definitely recommend!
