I'll be ordering more

I was prompted to order online after all the high street supermarkets decided that only green and red Thai curry pastes are to be sold in future. Yellow is, to my mind, quite the most fragrant and delicious of them all, and this paste is top notch. If one prefers a curry that isn't too hot, the opened jar and content can be kept in a fridge for up to a month. I still have a couple of jars left, but I'll be ordering a fresh supply soon. Superb.

better than supermarket options

as others have commentated- hard to find something other than red and green in supermarkets. this is a really nice flavoured paste, really easy to cook with, best thai paste i have tried.
