Q: Is the egg turner included?

I bought them separately, the egg turner worked great but unfortunately the incubator quit working a couple days before the chicks were to hatch so they were all dead (perfectly formed)

Q: Is normal to be so noisy?

Of course, I don't know what you're hearing but mine was not very noisy. Maybe you're hearing a bad bearing one the fan??

Q: Celcuis or Fahrenheit?

You can change the screen to celcuis or fahrenheit which ever you need.

Q: How long does the hatching stay in the incubator?

The chicks can stay in the incubator about 2 days after they hatch. If you only have a few eggs to hatch. If you are hatching a large amount l would remove them as sound as the chicks are dry. But make sure you have a stable warm place set up to put them since they need about 99 degree heat for the first 2 weeks. After that you can reduce the temp over the next few weeks.
