Great read!
I loved the story. I would recommend Ruhi Chouldhary to everyone. Her stories are excellent. Hard to put down. I hope there is a next book for Mackenzie and Nick! Can't wait.

If you have read Mackenzie Price, what are you waiting for?
A digital copy of this book was provided to me by NetGalley and Bookouture. The opinions are my own and freely given. This is book 6 in the Detective Mackenzie Price series. When a woman's body is found with one eye missing, this launches a re-opening of a decades long case. This story involves a "cult" like religion, a police cover-up and former drug addicted women. This is a very fast-paced story and Mackenzie and Nick are rushing to find the murderer before its too late. They are also trying to bring the "cult" leader down to stop what is happening in the woods.I have read Mackenzie from the beginning and although, you don't have to, the author does a great job of recapping the previous stories, without giving too much away, I recommend this series and therefore, if you haven't read Mackenzie Price from the beginning, I urge you to do so.

Little White Lies
A woman is found in the woods. She had been murdered and her left eye had been removed.Looking for cases with the same MO made Sully react strangely. Many twists and surprises follow.

The suspense. It was awesome. Threw me for a loop when Mack was arrested. Was happy with Mack and Nick finally getting together. Loved how it ended with Tonias getting his just punishment.

A great thriller
This is the 6th book in the series, but is a stand alone mystery. I haven't read the previous books but I didn't feel lost. This book was filled with action and tension from the start. I couldn't put it down and read it in one sitting.Detective Mackenzie Price and her partner Nick are first on the scene of a dead woman missing her left eye. As if that wasn't bad enough, the woman had recently given birth and the baby was nowhere to be found. The M.O. is similar to a murder 30 years ago, but that person was captured and died in prison. When another woman washes up on shore missing her left eye, Mackenzie knows there is a serial killer in the area, and she needs to stop them before they kill again.Mackenzie is smart, determined, and tough. She relentlessly follows every lead to close in on the killer. The book has all the elements you look for in an exciting thriller, including a creepy commune (or is it a cult?) and a sinister, but charming, leader. Mackenzie just knows the leader is a sleezeball up to no good, she just can't seem to prove it. Yet. And just how wide does the corruption go?Mackenzie will stop at nothing, including losing her own life, to protect the community and catch the culprit. I loved her tenacity and would definitely want her to get me justice if something bad happened to me. Once the mystery is solved, the book ended on an intriguing cliffhanger...I can't wait to read the next book in the series. In fact, I'll probably go back and read the series from the start. If you like badass women, lots of action and twisty thrillers pick this book up. You won't be disappointed.I received a complimentary e-copy of this book from NetGalley and Bookouture. All opinions are my own.

So good!
I loved this entire series! Couldn't put it down and want more. I wish there could have been a better version of what happened with Nick and Mack (I don't mean smut). Maybe seeing Nick's side to the story.
