Cannot find an electrical box that this will mount to
OK, I cannot review how the product functions because I haven’t got to that step yet but beware the video for installation just shows you running wires up to a round box and then the video just shows you sliding the thermostat in and it’s done. However, the mounting screws on the thermostat do not line up with any traditional available round box that you can find at any stores so my only fix was to screw just one screw into the box to hold the thermostat.

This works fine and price was reasonable, but be aware you have to buy a special 'european' electric box for the control.

Not a great thermostat
product worked well, but I had to order a different thermostat.

Thermostat icons
The thermostat is very difficult to decipher the icons. do not clearly illustrate the functions. Exactly which function enables you to turn on the floor heating versus the house eating heating.I would suggest that you dumb fight for dummies like me so that the DIY market could work with this product without getting electricians involved. I have now installed this three weeks ago and I’ll be able to figure out how to turn on the radiant heating for the floor. Amazon needs to do a better job when it comes down to customer support.

Temperature read in Celsius only. Unable to change to Fahrenheit

Poor instructions. Great customer service
Frustrated at first because the instructions in the box were insufficient but then when I contacted the seller they were quick to answer and send me a new set of instructions that matched what I had received (attached). Know that at first it comes using the room temperature as the thermostat and you have to go in the settings to change it to the sensor that’s in the floor. I’m the end it’s good value.Also the back of the thermostat is 2”x2” and you will need a European style electrical box
