Fortune Candy Bagel Toaster Stainless Steel and Elegant Silver 2-Slice Toaster(silver)

It appears the engineers goofed. I didn't see on the Amazon picture it comes with Tongs cuz the toast doesn't pop up all the way. I tried to use it and realized after a bit my small grandchildren might forget I told them more than one it's the only thing you can pull them out with because they are made of wood. I think somewhere there will be a child that forgets because the mind of a 6, 7, 8, 9 yr old is always busy with more important stuff like what cartoon they want to hurry and watch.

I bought this toaster 13 months ago. It worked more or less, not toasting evenly. But today, while toasting 2 loaf slices of croissant, it burned them and smoke started to come out. I thought it was because the heating was set too high, and on the second attempt, flames started to burst from inside. I switched off the toaster and the flames kept on for a while. When I looked at the inside, I saw the heating grill was broken. Definitely I won't recommend this product.

Have had this toaster for about two weeks, use it daily. Like other reviews this thing can toast. I’ve never used it above midway in darkness, otherwise I think it would be burnt. The toasting is pretty even the tops are always more toasted. Only gripe... I wish when done it would return all the way to the top, it stops with about a half inch to go and you have to push the lever up to grab the toast, English muffins and bagels. With alll that I’d recommend this to others

It burns the toast black on one side and toasts the bread lightly on the other side - this was on a 2 setting. Sending it back.

Looks chic and retro at the same time. Have been using it for a couple of months now and love it. Makes great toast, evenly toasted and consistent.

Got the black one as a Xmas gift for my mom. So far so good. It works GREAT! Wanted to get her a small toaster due to space. It is definitely compact yet has big enough slots for wide bread. Also able to fit big fat bagels just fine and it browns bread very evenly. When I first got it, I thought that fingerprints would be a problem, that hasn't been the case for us. Overall satisfied with the toaster.

This toaster turned out to be more than expected. It has space for regular sliced bread and/or bagels. Also, the sleek stainless steel design fits great with our other appliances!

The bread/bagels won’t stay down for the setting you use, it immediately pops up in 30secs. Tried everything and it just won’t work. I had purchased in Dec2019 but hadn’t unboxed it until now and after a few uses it immediately started having the issue. And now of course out of return window :(
