The media could not be loaded. Please please do not buy from this company. The furniture was unfit for purpose. So badly made!! Cushions don’t fit gaps on both of the sofas. I did speak to sofa heaven & received emails where they basically called me a liar. I’m so disappointed I have wasted almost £700 which I can ill afford! Hopefully Amazon will listen to their customers now. Sofa heaven more like sofa hell!!

Lovely product and good after sales service

Oh where to begin . The sofas arrived on time , that’s the only good thing . They are nothing like advertised, seating area is so small can’t be sat on comfortably. Came with different size cushions , odd buttons . I could go on . Tried getting in touch with sofa heaven , no answer on phone don’t reply to e mails . Ended up reporting to Amazon then sofa heaven replied saying we had to get a courier to send them back and they would refund if in prestine condition. Please if you’re thinking of buying from these people don’t. Their furniture is just a cheap version of what they advertise. As I write this we are stuck with 2 sofas that are of no use to us. Dpd quoted over £800 to return them . It’s a complete joke .

Nice settee but not comfortable and the delivery of the settee was just dumped I n fromt garden left to get wet.

Absolutely rubbish! Is not faux leather is fabric, cushions are so stiff and uncomfortable, there is no enough space to sit, hieght is not correct, nothing is right with this product and I had to change all the cushions foam and fillings. It's the first time I made such a big mistake!

I wasn't sure when I ordered this about the quality as it's really not expensive for a sofa. But really impressed with this purchase, didn't have to wait long for delivery, the driver put the item in the room I wanted, and really like the sofa. Very firm, lovely fabric, would highly recommend. Large sofa too, and good service.

I know this sofa was cheap but it’s not cheap when it’s not fit for purpose fabric more like crush velvet than faux leather poor customer service never do a review but don’t want people to have the carry on we had to get it returned etcOdd shades and was told by seller to turn it over but nothing on the other side would not recommend
