"I purchased the drone a week ago as a gift for my child. The first drone supplied was not working properly due to a propeller motor issue. We requested an exchange from Amazon, which they processed promptly within a week. We appreciated the quick service from Amazon.""Initially, we flew the drone at a low height of 5-8 feet for about 5 to 10 minutes. However, when we increased the height to around 20 feet, the drone began to lose control from the remote. It continued to gain altitude slowly and drift away uncontrollably. We ran after the drone, trying to reconnect the remote, but it eventually flew too far away to be visible. My son and daughter were very upset. We’re unsure whether this issue was due to a technical malfunction or a control error on our part. We hope the manufacturer or Amazon can help us locate the lost drone. My son said, 'Moy moy ho gaya,' expressing his frustration."Very unfortunate for us..☹️
