Bach Original Flower Remedies, Emotional Ups & Downs Trio Kit, for Mental Energy (
It works, people!Between working a stressful beyond 40-hour workweek, juggling endless multitasking, and caring for a very sick parent, life has been overwhelming. At first, I used too much because I couldn’t read the small print. I even gave my husband a ‘good dose’ before one of his stressful meetings.Afterward, he said, ‘What was that stuff? It made me so chill!’When I showed him the bottle and he read the directions, he laughed and said, "It’s 4 drops, not 4 droppers full!" Supports that adage "a little is good but more is better" 🤪Win all around—though now I need to buy more, thanks to my overly generous use!

A great little homeopathic set with three well-paired “remedies”
I trust the Bach brand and I’ve used a couple of their other remedies before, so I was interested in trying these. I love the combination of intended joyfulness, procrastinating less, and restoring energy. These are three things I could use more of at the moment.SOME FACTS/DETAILS WITH COMMENTS:Three of these formulas came together in a box with the expiration date of September 2027. (It’s now July 2024.) There were three, small, dark amber bottles, each individually labeled, with a eyedropper lids. All of them had a seal on top. Each bottle is .35oz (10ml). They are fairly small bottles. The eyedroppers are curved at the ends and seem to be made of glass. It’s easy to dispense the recommended dosage of 2 drops.MY EXPERIENCE/OPINION:I had a hard time getting the seal off the tops of these bottles. I do appreciate that they are sealed, but I wish they were easier to remove. I tried two drops of each formula in small amount of water (all separately). The liquid was clear in all three bottles, and mixed well in my water. I may have felt a little more energy after taking the Olive remedy, but it was hard to tell. I could not detect any taste with this one. With the Hornbeam I could barely detect a taste. I don’t think I can describe the taste, although it was pleasant. I ended up getting some tasks taken care of that I had been putting off, but I can’t necessarily attribute that to the consumption of this remedy. Lastly, I tried the Mustard remedy and barely detected a taste with this one as well. Putting these directly on the tongue might yield a definite taste, but I decided not to try it with these. I’m not sure if I felt joyful after taking this remedy, but I did feel a little better than I did before taking it.THE GOOD:- Do not have alcohol- Vegan- Have curved end eye droppers- Easy to dose- Come in glass bottlesTHE BAD (or not so bad):- The seals are hard to get off- The print is small on the bottles- The glass has a potential to breakFINAL THOUGHTS:This is a great little homeopathic remedy set, made by a reputable company, and packaged well. There are very few ingredients - just glycerin and water, plus the main, natural “flower essence” ingredient listed on the bottle. They don’t have much taste, if any, when added to water. At the very least, having the intention associated with the bottle, whether it be joyfulness, energy, etc, in harmony with taking a couple drops of a “remedy”, may ignite something in the brain to cause the intended effect. It could be a placebo effect. It could be real. Or maybe it works better with some people than with others. Regardless, I like these and I’ll continue to use and test them out when the circumstances permit.

Helps me feel a sense of calmness and it all natural!
This kit includes three bottles, each 10mL droppers, of Hornbeam, Olive, and Mustard. Each essence is designed to help restore mental energy and emotional balance. They come in a dark brown colored glass bottle. I appreciate that the formula contains no alcohol. It is also free from artificial ingredients, which is a huge plus for me. It has a nice, sweet taste that makes it super easy for me to take it straight in the mouth. As someone who often battles with fatigue and mood fluctuations, I noticed significant improvement in my emotional well-being and mental clarity since incorporating the trio. I would definitely recommend the Bach Emotional Ups & Downs Trio Kit to anyone looking for a natural approach to emotional balance.

Doesn’t work
No difference it made. It’s sugary water. It has a placebo effect.

➖50 Sessions A Bottle @ $.17 Each Time Is A Bargain To Try These Days!➖
This came from the vendor in a nice front open branded box. An expiration date “SEP 2027” was clearly stamped on the bottom. Each vial was shrink wrap banded around the top screw on lid.I’ve noticed this brand name when I was researching for products to relief stress in my doggies from fireworks back in the day. Their reputation precedes them but if you are on a budget you get other solutions. So it’s nice to finally try, if not for my doggies’ desire to get calmed from bangs & pops. This company does it right from start to finish, lovely packaging, good clear indications on each bottle what might be helped by what mixture. We’ve tried them several days, and seem they may actually make a difference.Every bit helps, and folks stay in business this long doing something right, that might not work for everyone but then not everyone likes the color red, not everyone likes almonds.Maybe worth a try if you’re looking for a lift up on some category they list — they have dozens of options. Each of these vials is about 10ml or 200 drops, so it’s about 4 drops a try or $.17, based on the retail list price when I ordered. We spend more on a coffee or candy bar.I know in the past I went for other options for my doggies, but even with stimulation harnesses and that sort, nothing was inexpensive. In a 10ml bottle you get about 50 tries at about $8.33 a bottle, not a prohibitively high cost.In our case, we are glad we got to try these, and think they are a worthy asset to keep in mind for the various topics they try to help with.
