Tension Relief
I was hesitant to buy this but I am glad I did. It’s a bit awkward but once you “let go and just use it”, the support and pain relief it brings will make you want to have to around. I really like using it because it does help tension I get on the back of my head, neck, and shoulders. I think the price for this is just right, you get pretty decent quality. I have even bought another one for a family member.

One for self one for a gift
Kind of confusing I set it up that it would be delivered to a friend of mine. Instead they delivered both to me with it with a tag that read from Pat to Pat. I don’t know what happened there with Amazon and the woman walked me through it so I don’t understand. I was kind of confused. I had to ship it out at my own however, getting back to the product I laid on it on the carpet on the floor. I have a very bad back. I’m considered disabled. I am disabled and I put it therecomments about it is true couple times you use it. It’s gonna hurt the hell out of you, but I will tell you that like anything that’s worthwhile. If you get used to it it does kinda feel good. Let me correct that it feels good after you use a couple of times so I try to maybe just lie down I do some stretching on the carpet. No, and use it twice a week I would recommend it as somebody who suffers chronically from back pain and neck pain chronically I think if you use properly, I think it could be a little bit of a relief. Also, don’t forget I sent one out to my friend that I don’t know what happened again. Amazon dropped the bowl on. I received a gift from myself. I must’ve did it incorrectly, but the woman woke me through it so I don’t know what what happened. I sent it out to him. He’s very happy with it as well he, I would pick up a couple and it doesn’t make a small little gift to somebody in the office or or a neighbor or anybody. I think it’s I think it’s nice :-)

Worth it for neck pain
Since this is so affordable, it's worth buying if you have frequent neck pain. It feels good and kind of stretches or at least aligns your neck properly while you lay on it. I have constant neck pain that radiates to my shoulder - I think it's mostly due to working from home on my couch staring at my laptop and/or looking down at my phone all day. Basically, it's bad posture. What I do is put this thing behind my neck while sitting on my couch, and it makes me keep my head/neck upright. The product itself is good & sturdy. No complaints!

Makes my neck hurt
I wanted to love this but all I can say is that it did not work for me. Every time I use it for 5 mins it makes my neck hurt. I am not sure where I am going wrong.

A must have with today's world
I thankfully don't sit around a desk as many jobs require but as I get older, not having the best posture does get to me. I've had strain on my neck and saw a Doctor onlinr recommended any neck stretcher. Saw this one and I love that you get the option of slight stretch (useful if you're very strained or in pain) and deeper stretch. Easy to clean and not too big. I actually like the color/look of it. Just in case you leave it out. Comfortable enough to just lay down and just use like a pillow. Really feels amazing and I get lost laying down. Feel better after one use
