I am 50+ and find that many days I am tired, unfocused and sluggish. Purisure Alpha GPC Powder actually works. I was skeptical when I got it, as I have tried many different products that have not worked and wasted a lot of money. This product comes in a powder and is odorless and tasteless. I mixed it with my juice each morning. It gave me that wide awake feeling, without feeling jittery or drugged.I was able to focus and concentrate, which is what I wanted and needed. There are many different products on the market designed to support aging health, this one actually works.I do wish that it came with a serving size spoon or something that would allow you to easily pull out the right amount, but I still gave it a 5; that's how good it works.

Its confusing. Ive been holding this because ive been unsure of what measurement to take. How much is 300mg .... its not on the bag! Turns out I believe it is 1/8 tsp is 300mg, and 1/4 tsp is 600mg.

I've heard so much about adaptogens and wanted to give them a try. This seemed like a good intro product to them at a good price. I've been adding a bit of the powder into my coffee or water each day and have been pleasantly surprised with the change I've noticed in my energy throughout the day. My family just got a new puppy and of course with that comes a lot of interrupted sleep! I've been so groggy in the mornings but I'll notice about an hour after taking this I feel much better and more alert. It's been great! It really doesn't dissolve in liquid but it has no taste and doesn't clump much so it hasn't bothered me. And you only have to use a tiny amount which is great, I feel like this will last me a long time.

The Alpha GPC really doesn't have a scent or flavor, that's why I can use it every day because it doesn't give any bad taste. The value of it is pretty good because there's other companies that have the same product but more expensive. Also the packaging of the Alpha GPC is very convenient because you can open it and it has a resealable top, so it won't go bad. I didn't get any side effects of using Alpha GPC. The Alpha GPC does help with memory and faster reactions to everything. When I started using it I started to remember more, and I had faster reactions to questions I had. It did make me feel more tired around 9, but I thinks its because of all of the more brain power I've been using.

I've been taking Alpha GPC as a pill for several years now and recently moved to the powder so I could better adjust my consumption based on needs. I use Alpha GPC along with a couple other supplements to create a bit of an energy boost and improve creative thinking while I write.I've been using the product for over a month and am so far pleased. The powder dilutes well in coffee and water is odor and flavor free.One thing I would recommend to the producer is to either include or make available a 1/8 tsp. scoop which is the approximate serving size. Otherwise, you will need to purchase a gram scale to weigh out your servings. What I tend to do is put a 1/4 tsp into my 4-cup coffee maker along with the other powdered supplements for my "coffee boost".

I was fooled by the "pure" label, it's 50 percent anti caking, didn't notice, but I noticed it not working as well...better deals in bulk elsewhere.

Been buying this for the past years and was easily mixed with water but now it doesn't mixed at all even if stirred for a long time. Alpha gpc is hygroscopic which means it will absorb water from the air and turn into liquid but this new formula doesn't do this at all. I am inclined to think that a majority of this new formula has little to no gpc at all. I am highly dissapointed i wasted my money on this rubbish!
