This would be a very fun gift idea. It comes in a nice colorful gift box. It was super easy to set up and is self explanatory on how to use. The picture quality is great and the colors are beautiful and bright.

it sounds like a good idea, but it's an IoT device that mostly just serves to collect your data. They turn off the server, you don't have a device anymore. You want a colorful screen? You're reading this message on one (probably). Skip this and wait for someone to make something that doesn't need a smartphone app to display low resolution pictures.

I got this for fun and generally think the product is great. The device itself is well constructed / I don't have any complaints about it. The app to use the device is pretty mediocre, but if you're willing to read their documentation / look online you can use their API to avoid the app.. But most people won't be able to do that, and it is far more work than it is worth in most other cases. If you like what this product is intended to do then you will probably enjoy / not regret buying one.

My son is into digital art and graphic design, and it's amazing what you can create and put on this digital art frame! Very high resolution, gorgeous color. Not only can you create a static picture, but you also have the opportunity to create interactive pictures. The app definitely needs some improvement, but extremely fun to play with and let your creativity go wild!

First of all, opening the box was difficult. The packaging is beautiful, but getting into it is another thing. Then I tried to just press the power button to turn it on, because most of the time these kinds of devices come with some charge. No dice. There was no indication the device had any life in it whatsoever. The included USB cord made me assume that I could plug it into a USB adapter and it would turn on. I was mistaken. I should add that the port is recessed in such a way that it seems not to be designed for use with my relatively large fingers. I did get it in though.Tried numerous adapters. Some got the battery picture to flash. When that happened, a small red LED on the back near the charging port lit up red. I admit I did not wait more than about 15 minutes for it to charge before I tried turning it on, but still nothing.Glad I tried this out before Christmas morning.

In reading the other reviews I was glad to see that I was not the only one frustrated with the app for this smart digital art frame. It really is too bad that this play is so good and the idea is so cool and it's all pretty muddy up because the app is just not great. It makes me wonder if this was someone's pet project and they just gave up on resolving the issues with the app and are trying to get rid of the rest of the inventory. Pretty sad because this could have been something really cool

This has a lot of different functions and it's a lot of fun to play with. The app is extremely easy to use and has tons of features. You can adjust every aspect of it that you could possibly want except one thing. If you set it to something and then close the app out on your phone the next morning it's automatically by default showing the calendar and I can find no setting in the app to override this and that is the only problem I found with this device. For 150 plus dollars they need to fix this little annoyance to make the device more enjoyable.

This Divoom Pixoo-64 LED Pixel Display Frame is unlike anything I've used before and I love it! It was simple to setup and use. It's made of good quality, the images really pop! I am huge fan of 8 bit video games and these graphics mimic them very well! A+ product!
