Nice computer, but...
We could not hook up Windows 11. I called Amazon, the warranty group, the 'free' service that was included, Aspire, and Microsoft. In order to set up Windows 11 we needed a code and everyone was pointing fingers telling me which outlet to retrieve the code. They wanted to make sure I was the owner of the computer, etc., in order to get the code. Finally, on the phone with Aspire for the second time in hopes I would catch a different representative that could help me, I told them if they don't give me the code I will have to return it and they said 'okay'. Just like that, they could care less if they had a disgruntled customer or not.
