Works great, soft, no hardness. Long cord. Only thing is be careful of the corner plastic piece that hold in the cord. Ours broke at the clips, still usable. This is very well made! Soft material and pliable! Doesn't crease and heats up quickly. Multiple settings and is the best heating pad I've purchased! The price also can't be beat compared to the quality of other competitors!

Absolutely amazing! I love the automatic shut off and the different settings. Great for period cramps, upset stomach and to relax your muscles. My toddler has thrown it around and it hasn't broke (the plastic piece with the settings)

It is nice and big so works on my whole back. It heats up quick and love that it shuts off at set time so you don’t sleep on it all night.

Love the flexibility of this heating pad. It is thinner but very comfortable to use. Heats up quickly and has 6 settings. Usually don't need settings 5 or 6. The only drawback is that the power connection on pad itself gets very hot. I monitor this by not using the pad over 2 hours. Concerned about safely using with the amount of heat the connection is putting out.

This is a great heating pad that I got for my daughter's when they have cramps. They like the various heating levels and the stay in place straps.I also bought one for my mom who gets chilled when the room is below 80°F. It stays in place when she sits on her chair and keeps her comfortable.

Very pleased with this heating pad. It works well, is very soft and is flexible (not stiff). I am pleased with this purchase. If only it had a vibrate mode as well.
