F Dick 8238530 Ergogrip Butcher Knife 12" blade high carbon steel

Makes my job soooo much easier. F. Dick is a great brand, 12" is just right for most cuts. Holds an edge nicely and sharpens just the same. Knife definitely won't let you down. You'll get more than your money's worth out of the jokes and innuendos with coworkers due to the word "Dick" being engraved on the handle.
