The amount of tea is quite large and a great value for the money. The quality of the tea is amazing. It makes a lot of tea. Adding lemon will change blue to a purple color. The tea is versatile and can handle layers of different flavors, iced or hot. I made iced with lemonade iced cubes, fresh lemon slices and mint, raspberry syrup. The possibilities are endless.

I looked around at a lot of offerings before choosing this one. At the time, this had the best price. But the package was all flowers and not filled out with things like stems. The flowers made a well-flavored tea that seemed fresh to me, though I've never used this before..

Use this to put in our cocktails for a party and I made all the drinks all beautiful lavender color. I highly recommend.

This makes a really good blue tea. I mix it with some other herbs. It's shockingly bright blue from just a few of the little flowers. No complaints and Organic.

Microingredients Blue Butterfly Pea Flower Powder is a fantastic product. I’ve been drinking the tea of this flower for some time now, and I love the color and the health benefits it offers. This powder is different from the tea. It is pulverized flowers, creating an opaque purple powder which can be added to any drink, smoothie, yogurt or food to brighten it and add color to. This is the second product from this company that I have purchased from Amazon, and it does not disappoint. The other product is their moringa powder. Both are excellent! In the picture, you can see the lovely purple color it gives my smoothie. This makes my blueberry smoothie so much more blueberry looking, and so much more appealing to the eye. There is very little, if any, taste or aroma to this powder. It blends well with most anything. It is not caffeinated, and adds a boost of healthy pigments to your food and beverage for a very good value.
