Get a Grip on your forearms
Just had these delivered Monday. Used them to datheset seems to work pretty good. Made high quality and likely to hold up long term. I have handled real Fat Gripz before, this one feels a little more sltiffer than the Fat Gripz that feel more like a rubber eraser. But for 1/2 the price I can live with that. I am gonna be able to do all my exercises and it really targets my forearms. They seem to go on easy if u press one side them the other. Lot tougher to take off unless u roll them over and push one side down to take off. When your actually ready to lift, squeeze the handles (like you are supposed to) they do not move, have the 1 inch gap face away from your palms you will feel it in your forearms. Will update after a few weeks if anything changes.

There's good and bad, read on... the bad is on me, not the grips.
For the product itself, 5 stars, well built, (it's a rubber mold, how can you mess that up?) LOL but for me, they're hard to use. I have a very wide fist, but smaller fingers. So this is a good and bad thing. The good thing comes from my gym having very narrow handles on their dumbbells which is why I ordered these in the first place. The bad comes from my smaller hands having a harder time holding onto the grips using them. BUT again with the BUT... my forearms are getting a blasting! So I'm back to 5 stars again. My arms are sore all the time (a good sore) as my forearms are getting a workout like never before. I've had to come way down in the weight that I work with, but that's ok too. If I get back to the weights I WAS using while using these, I could take them off and really jump up a few reps in much heavier weights. Seriously, I can cleanly curl 55 pound dumbbells without the grips, and struggle with 35's. So, if you want an awesome forearm workout, AND workout your grip (which my grip is weak too because I've broken both my hands breaking boards and bricks in karate, which shows I did it wrong to begin with) but it's increasing my grip strength as well. Great product,

Works great at more than 1/2 the price of Fat Gripz!
I have been using this with my workouts for about a week now, it works great and seems high quality and likely to hold up long term. I have handled real Fat Gripz before, this one feels a little more slick, like rubbery silicon vs the Fat Gripz that feel more like a rubber eraser. But for 1/2 the price I can live with that. I am still able to do all my exercises and it really targets your forearms. They are relatively easy to take on an off, although I try not to too much since I am not sure if that will shorten the life span. Since I use adjustable dumbbells, I actually just leave them on a pair of handles, and have another set of handles without them. FYI they fit 1" diameter dumbbell handles, but are a little loose, just like Fat Gripz. When when you actually lift, if you squeeze the handles (like you are supposed to) they do not move. The only reason to buy the real Fat Gripz are if you want to smaller diameter or larger diameter ones. But if this brand made those and at this price, I would buy it from them!

These go hard
These earned all 5 stars. After a week or so of using them I immediately bought a 2nd pair so I didn't have to switch bars so much. At first I thought they were hurting my thumb but now that my hands are getting stronger I realize I was just weak! There's no denying that they will help strengthen your grip and forearms.I plan to update my review after 90 days.

FANTASTIC! Easy to use, works so well and definitely lowers hand/joint pain from trying to use generic dumbbells w/thin handles.
These work just like Fatgripz ($40-50) except much cheaper! Great quality, very effective and makes it much less awkward or painful to workout at home. Many dumbbell sets have very thin handles, causing joint pain from awkward gripping, especially the thumb joint. I have a lot of homework and do a lot of writing, that combined with working out with thin handles can be very painful. This is immensely helpful.

Not exactly what I expected, but it works.
My wrists are not strong. When working out, any push-up style exercises are nearly impossible because of the stress on my wrists when my hand is flat. I use these as push-up grips. It gives my hand something to grip, which reduces the strain on my wrists. They are heavier and harder than I expected. I was looking for something a bit spongier that I could put on a small set of weights...but this works for now.

Loose On Bar
Disappointed. The grips are large and seem durable. But they are too loose on my gyms standard 1 inch equipment. Doesn't matter if they're tools, or attachments, bars or dumbbells. Everything I use these on they're loose and spin. Making it hard to use them at all. There is only 1 over sized bar these will fit on. 1 out of hundreds of applications. Only thing I can think of to do is layer tape on the inside of the grips. Seems like most other reviewers do not have the same issue.

"FOREARMS BLASTER"
This rubber grips are tough, seem to be well made. Easy to lock it into dumbbells,/bars.make your workouts more challengingI see it more useful in the PULL exercises (rows, curls, pullups) , not so much for push exercises .Great fo work forearms, and the grip strength ,I used it about 6 weeks, its soon to see results, but my forearms begin to look stronger and fibrous. The only thing i dont like its there is a 1/2 inch gap when put on the bar, which is not a big deal..

Closest to the Fat Gripz for less
These are nearly the same quality as the Fat Gripz but are a better deal. Around most bars there will be a small gap on one side but it's a non-issue. I also found them to rotate a bit when using on pull-up bars which does make it difficult to use. For barbells and dumbbells they are great.

Excelente material
Excelente material.

Great way to up the intensity
Great variation to regular grip. I really enjoy using them. Not every time but great way to stress the muscles a little differently. Well worth it.
