Very nice selection of colors, kinda metallic on the skin, it smudges easily at first but if left untouched, looks great! This pack will last for ages with this many pencils. Definitely not waterproof but stays on a while if you don’t smudge it while it dries, once dried it’s pretty set though. I really like the metallic finish on the skin, makes it feel more expensive than it is. Though it looking shiny metallic means it’s not matte at all, unlike what the listing says.

Nice colours, not water or smudge proof
So I haven't tried on my eyes yet.The colours are lovely, not hugely bright.I did test lines on the back of my hand, left it for about 1 mins as a fair test, then wiped my finger across...just wiped right off. Disappointing as I always water water/smudge proof as makeup around my eyes always smudges or runs.I will try as eyeliner tomorrow, but I'm not hopeful.On the plus this set is super cheap.May work better as eyeshadow as 8 imagine they will blend easily, but how long they stay and if they settle in creases.... ?
