A really useful guide book. We certainly got our money's worth out of it while we were in Delhi

An excellent book but did not contain photos

Good and informative and will take it with me.

Bought this book prior to leaving for India on 1 April 16. We were visiting Delhi, Simla, Mandi, Dharamsala and Amritsar. Other members of our tour group had the Lonely Planet Guide to India and that was more comprehensive than the book reviewed here. Indexing was haphazard and content on Delhi was sketchy. I was disappointed with the book and as our tour progressed I referred to it only sporadically.
