A nice sleep aid
I have a hard time sleeping through the night. I wake up often and then my mind starts to wonder. Which makes it very hard to fall back to sleep. These capsules help with relaxing my mind and sleep for longer periods of time. And when I do wake up, I can fall back to sleep easier. Thank you Just Potent!

Incredible Boost
Finally started adding this Just Potent 5-HTP Ultra 200mg to my daily regimen and definitely feel the boost it is giving me. Great Product at an affordible price point.

Easy to Swallow Pills
Small pills, easy to swallow. The label says distributed by Just Potent, so no idea who or where these are manufactured. Just Potent isn't in the FDA database but they wouldn't be since they don't make the pills.

Good quality
This seems to be a good quality supplement. I feel it helps me get better quality sleep and is effective for my needs.

Not a fan of the other ingredients
Which is basically a starch or another form of sugar, cellulose is basically wood pulp, and magnesium stearate can build up in the body and act as free radicals. All of these are nothing more than cheap fillers and flow agents

4 month supply, good results
I take small doses of lithium to help with mood, and I wanted to try 5-HTP to see if it would help my mood by supposedly raising serotonin levels. I do feel in better moods, and it took a couple weeks to really see effects. These pills include SAM-e as well, which can help with depression, though I think the science is weaker on that. Time will tell how long the effects last, or if they're lasting in general, but so far I'm very happy.I appreciate that these are vegetarian, and it's nice to get a 4 month supply in one order.

For the price this product seems to be a good value for the cost.

Good potency.
I've been taking daily for a couple weeks and sometimes at night to help me sleep. The potency is good and it's had a positive effect on my mood.
