Noticed real improvements since drinking
I’ve been drinking H2forLife for about two months now (usually one can in the morning and one in the afternoon). I didn’t expect much but was really surprised by how quickly I felt better and mentally clear. I’ve had less afternoon fatigue, and more focus while a work. It’s hard to say if it’s entirely from the hydrogen water, but it’s the only change I’ve made recently. The taste is clean, just like really fresh spring water. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I figured this might help someone else who’s just curious.

Unremarkable Effects for the Cost
The cans we received came with corrective stickers over the ingredient labels. While I can’t say for certain, I would like to believe that this reflects positively on the company’s commitment to honesty and transparency when it comes to their product. The water has a slightly metallic flavor, but it is difficult to tell if the taste is the result of the actual ingredients or just the can itself. Personally, I didn’t feel like the flavor was especially strong, so I didn’t mind. This water is easy enough to drink at room temperature or cold from the fridge. In terms of effects, we didn’t really “feel” any different after drinking the hydrogen water. To give the water a fair chance though, we attempted to get a slightly more objective measurement of our “mental clarity” via math puzzles. Our assumption was that the less time it took us to complete the puzzle, the more mentally clear we must be. For three consecutive days (and then an additional day about a week later), we timed ourselves completing a “baseline” puzzle (to account for day-level differences such as drowsiness), we then drank one can each of the H2 water, after waiting 20 minutes for the water to do its thing we timed ourselves completing a second puzzle. In general, any variation in times seemed to be more related to the day than it was to the water. That being said, there were a handful of days were the “post-water” times were incrementally quicker. Graphs of our completion times are included. (Note: On Day 1, “Person 2” doesn’t have a baseline time because their puzzle was found to have an error.)Overall, I don’t dislike this product. I just don’t know that I can justify the price. The extent to which the effects are “worth it” is probably a matter of personal opinion.

Crisp, Clear, Cleansing
Felt a bit under the weather recently and ordered this to combat the bug that was going around my workplace. After drinking it consistently, I did feel refreshed and ready to take on the day!

It’s just water
As far as canned water goes… yep this sure is canned water. Honestly there’s not a lot I’m to say about it. It just looks, tastes, and smells like water. It’s good… but I mean there’s absolutely nothing special about it.I personally did not notice any kind of mental clarity (other than realizing this is just water). The ingredient list is wild to read though. I can’t say I’ve ever seen any food product that listed gold or platinum as an ingredient before. I noticed the nutritional information and ingredients list was covered by a sticker. I peeled it off because I was curious, and the only difference is that the sticker lists “sodium bicarbonate” where the can does not. I guess they just forgot to list it and a sticker was a quick fix. No big deal. For just being water, this stuff is EXPENSIVE though! At nearly $3/can, this is absolutely not worth it for me. I see why it costs that much if there is literally gold and platinum in it, but I just don’t see any benefits. Also this claims to add Hydrogen… which seems like a weird thing to claim. Everyone knows what the H in “H2O” stands for, right? Water is already 2/3 made of hydrogen. You can’t add more because that would be a different chemical. This isn’t carbonated water either, so it wasn’t added as a gas. So I’m just not sure about this claim.

Good Product, But I Didn't See Any Benefits From It
There's not a doubt in my mind that this water is great quality, but I will admit that I think it might be more gimmicky than actually significantly beneficial. I saw no difference in drinking this water regularly than drinking regular bottled water regularly. With that said, this water does taste good. The twelve ounce cans were more convenient for me because I could easily drink the whole can in one sitting. I can rarely do that with a 16 or 20 ounce bottle of water. While I didn't notice any health benefits from drinking this water, it is possible that others may have a different experience. I would encourage anyone who is interested in trying it to give it a try, but I doubt I ever get it again.

Seems Like Pricey Canned Water
I don't understand what the buzz is all about with this water having gold and platinum in it. It honestly tastes like regular water or even with a bit of a metallic tongue feel, probably from the can. I don't know why I was expecting it to be fizzy, but it really is just still water with minerals. I can't speak to the health benefits yet, nor do I feel any different since drinking this. There was a concern with the nutritional label having a sticker, so that was a bit worrysome, but it is almost the same label underneath with some added sodium bicarbonate. I've heard more about sodium bicarbonate being good for you more than the hype around gold and platinum if we're being honest. The can was a bit dirty on top, so just wipe each one down before drinking as see if this works for you!
