The bag for water is a weird non waterproof bag with an added thin layer of plastic. It leaked all over the carpet. The headpiece was also too big for most people

This thing is quite dumb, although the idea of it is good.I mean by the time I fill it up with water, put a mat under it to soak up the leaks (because it leaks), add ice, plug it in, then hook everything else up and put this thing on my head - I could have just gotten an ice pack for the headache that is probably worse now from all the struggling of getting it together.

It is easy to set up and effective. However, adding all the ice and water with needing to plug into a wall just seems easier to get an ice pack. For the current price of $99 I feel is too spendy but seems like good quality.

Bought for chemo patient -second use it quit half way through. Not worth the money. 30 day return policy - the chemo treatments were 40 weeks apart - so couldn't return.
