Okay so this heating bag is first of all very travel friendly for hostel students and easy to use, the quality is good according to the price, I would say it's value for money..it helps me during muscle cramps alot...but a downside is that the cable is too short..that's why I need to use 2 pillow for charging it as you can see in the picture, but that isn't a big issue in my opinion just a little annoyance, it charges really fast and stay for 20-30 mins.. so you can surely go for it ! 👍🏻

Quality is too good. Charging for 15-20mns gives around 30-40mns. I loved the packaging. It is saviour during periods. Pain relieves instantly. It relieves any pain. Worth buying. Heat retention. Can be used easily.

Stays hot for maybe 30 to 40 minutes. After that it's just luke warm. And has just water inside. Doesn't feel firm.
