Edit Aug 2016: Apologize for the harsh words in the original review. While my comments on the packaging stays, the ink refill now works in HP printer (818 color cartridge). Had to try multiple ways to refill the color cartridge and also had to buy and use a suction tool before it finally worked. Identifying the holes for right colors in the color cartridge was a challenge for me and filling ink in small amounts (0.5ml) gradually will help.=================Absolute waste of money, please do not buy this product. It comes in a set of very poor quality plastic bottles that leak everywhere. The lid of the bottles were not even closed when I received the package. Ink was spilled all over the card board box of the packaging (see photos attached). The worse part is tried filling this ink in 818 color cartridge and it does not work. Normally the printer will not recognize the refilled ink level correctly but it will still print - this has been my experience while refilling cartridges at stores. Refilling this ink, the printer does not show increased ink levels (which is still ok) and does NOT print the colors at all. And this is the first time I am refilling this color ink cartridge, it is not worn out yet. Complete waste of money now and I need to try refilling this cartridge at stores.

Product is good but I didn't find the suction tool in this product only four ink color and 4 injection nozzle. But in the product broseure it's shown that it have with the suction tool..Otherwise the product is good 👍Need a clarification for that..

This ptoduct is not compatible with printer of cartridge 704 as mentioned on website, as the same is not mentioned on all the ink bottels. I dont want to damage the printer in long run. Hence returning the package. If the ink provider is ready to provide guarantee for my printer for defect due to ink then i can go ahead and use them. I feel cheated after confidently ordering the product from such reputed website. Thank you.

Works as expected. There are no instructions in the box. Had to purchase a syringe for every individual color from a Medical Store. Didn't know that syringes come along with needles so it saved the cost of buying needles separately. Was easy to fill the ink. Had to go through some youtube videos to know the correct holes for the color catridge. The package says that it auto resets the catridge. was wondering how just filling up the catridge will reset it. NO, IT DOES NOT RESET THE CATRIDGE. Giving it a four star just for that wrong info, but its not difficult to reset the catridge. You will just have to go through few youtube videos again for it.

Before refilling, watch a lot of videos on how to do it as there are no instruction manual, also have waste clothes, paper to test ready...good :filling is easy if you do your researchbad1. packing was bad.. one color (yellow) was leaking2. no instructions about how to use it

Must say, I was very disappointed with the quality control on the packaging. Firstly, I received one less syringe. To make it worse, one of the needles were defective.Now for the colour, I won't say that it did not work,but the quality of the colour is not conparable to the original HP colour texture. The set definitely needs a manual to suggest how much of ink should be injected in the cartridge to get the desired outcome. Obviously not provided with the set.
