I have been taking this Garcinia Cambogia for several months now. My friends have been taking it for a while and saw great results. I have lost 44 pound and cannot believe the results. I must admit it is a strong Garcinia containing 95% HCA and this was important to get the results as advised by my naturopath . The most important thing about this product, is that it has suppressed my hunger permanently and my food portions have halved. I wanted to wait and see if delivered the result and it certainly did. I have been trying several different capsules with no good results. None of the capsules have worked to help me loose weight. I'm really frustrated about spending hundreds of dollars are something that's not working. These capsules don't work either. I'm even taking 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar in the morning, which is supposed to help.

I like that this is 1500mg haven’t been using but a couple of days yet have noticed decreased appetite
