I recently purchased the Orveen Front Load Detergent Powder in a 7 kg pack, consisting of 7 individual 1 kg packs. Unfortunately, my experience with the product has been disappointing.*Packaging Issues: 1/5*Upon opening the package, I was shocked to find that 5 out of the 7 individual packs were torn and not sealed properly. This resulted in a significant weight loss, with some packs being 300-400 gm less and others being 150 gm or 600 gm less. This is unacceptable and raises concerns about the product's quality and the manufacturer's attention to detail.*Product Performance: 2.5/5*The detergent powder itself appears to be very strong, which may be suitable for bucket washing but not ideal for front-load washing machines.*Suggestions for Improvement:*1. Improve packaging quality to prevent weight loss and ensure proper sealing.2. Reformulate the detergent to make it more suitable for front-load washing machines.
