Well it is healthy to eat barley floor. It is bit on expensive side but the quality and packing of the product was very good. They delivered the order on promised time too.

Inauthentic Brand
I have a health concern for which my nutritionist prescribed only barley flour. I ordered urban platter’s barley flour, and on consuming it my health situation worsened. We then discovered that this barley flour is not pure, it has either atta or maida mixed in it. When I stopped consuming it, I got better. Do not get anything from urban platter.

When we ordered last time there was double packing but this time there is one packing only. Also the picture on website is different than the ones received this time.
