This is exactly what I was looking for and is a fantastic game board. Very portable, the magnets on the pieces work great- it has already saved us a couple times when our dog, and later cats, decided to hop on the bed when we were playing- the cats seem to think they can play!I really liked the quality which was better than I needed or expected. I don't know if it is real leather, but it is close enough for me not to care. The chess pieces are not super fancy, but perfect for our needs. We have only played at home so far, but we plan to bring it on some hikes in the summer and play out in the wild- this will be perfect 🤔... maybe a little heavy, but worth it.All the pieces can be stored inside the case. The chess pieces have their own bags, and the backgammon/checkers have a little plastic case to keep them organized. I also really like the bag to store the case in. That will really help on the hikes and if we bring it on vacation.This actually reminds me of the backgammon set that I had growing up when I was a kid, but this is actually a little better quality- and my old one didn't have magnets to keep things in place! I think the only downside is that if you get mad at losing you can't flip the table!

Very good set especially the magnetic part of it. Nice size and not to heavy. Great prize for this double purpose board game.

This set is quite nice, solid construction of the case and hefty playing pieces.Our set did not include dice or a doubling cube even though they are shown in the listing. Not a huge deal, but disappointing for the person who might receive it as a gift if they didn’t have any random dice lying around.

Nice set and also travels well. My son and grandson love the set and that it has several games to play.

Bought as a birthday present for my grandson. He loves it and has been playing chess and or checkers as much as he can. He hasn’t learned how to play Backgammon yet, but he will! Also, this set is very good quality with a nice carrying case. The chess pieces are magnetic which is very helpful too.

I am so thrilled with this. It came quickly and was packaged very well. I bought this for my great grand daughter for Christmas. It is beautiful and something she will have for years to come as the one I had when I was her age. If you are looking for a great Chess/Checkers/Backgammon Set BUY THIS!!! It even had a leather board with it and it is in a beautiful case that has a handle so they can take it with them. If I could give 20 stars for this one I would.
