Extremely disappointed with this product and the entire return experience.The product itself is of terrible quality, absolutely not worth the money. I would strongly advise against buying it.What made things even worse was the return process. It was a nightmare. It took me nearly 15 days just to get the return pickup booked and even then, the pickup was cancelled three times without any explanation. Each time, I had to go through Amazon’s long, frustrating, and inefficient return system, wasting my time and energy over and over again.This has been one of the most exhausting and disappointing experiences I’ve had with an online purchase. Totally unacceptable.

An amazing product bought in a steal deal! I bought the Gas stove to replace my steel stove and I have been using it since last 45 days. My experience so far has been smooth and hassle free. Also, relatives and neighbors who have seen the product have complemented me and asked me to order the same for them as well(small town so people still ask others).Coming to the productPros1. The product is completely black and looks so good as it is a fresh change from the steel gas stove which was there for a decade or so.2. Both the burners are made up of brass which does not rust like the burners from the steel stove which are normally Iron alloys.3. The size is so compact that it fits in 3/4th the space that the steel stove used to take and still feels big enough.4. The size and shape optimization has been done well.5. Two different sizes of burners which gives you options to use as per the requirement.6. Made up of all glass, at least the exteriors expect the legs and hence very easy to clean.7. The gas tube fits snugly to the inlet and there was no leak. Can be assumed that it is normally very safe to use.Cons1. The only con was that one of the burners is a bit loose but anyways I won't be flipping it. So, I am cool with it.2. Wait for a good offer. Normally there are great offers on the product during festive seasons.Verdict : Compared to brands like Prestige and Pigeon, this product is really a steal deal !
