Great fit and support, but heavy and ventilated
The support and cushioning are exceptional, but the materials do make them quite heavy (for what they are) and the unperforated D3 bed construction make them a bit on the sweaty side compared to other brands

I'm not a sportsperson or a fit person. I'm actually 5'2" and overweight at 100kg. I have tried so many products - cheap ones. After the fourth one tried this. I thought it was expensive. I have plantar fasciitis for months and months. I also have ankle and knee pains. I just thought this product being expensive (especially with 5 kids and rather spend money on them) wouldn't work for someone like me.This product has changed me. I can go as far as to say it has saved my life. My plantar fasciitis and ankles are till upsetting in the mornings, but when I put my shoes on with these in my feet change. I wear these for 3-4 hours a day!! I do need new shoes to put them in as my trainers have ripped at the top where the insoles have pushed, but I can walk : )I have actually lost 5kg in 2 months because I am able to walk again. This is not a exaggeration. I only wish I could afford another pair as I have tried to keep taking them out of one pair to another!! Thank you so much for this product. Without this I would still be walking with crutches. Again this is not an exaggeration. It was my reality. Thank you to whoever made this!!

Descent but extremely wide
These in soles are well constructed and comfortable but they're so wide that they may not fit in most of your shoes. If you intend to use them in football boots, then forget about it unless you buy boots 2 sizes larger than your usual number.

too early to tell
For a product that is designed to reduce the risk of chronic injury, it's hard to write a review after 20 miles or so. Also, it'd be good to know how they're doing after 400 miles of use.. The performance insole is really quite firm and supportive in the rear foot, yet I'm still getting the benefit of the cushioning in my brooks ghost trainers. Despite the apparent clunkiness, they don't seem to have taken anything off running pace.. Issues - they're quite wide, so fitting them in some shoes is going to be problematic. Also I'm a 12.5, so it would be better if they did a size 13 which I could have trimmed down. Having spent loads on orthotics over the years, it's worth a go at 20 quid.

Perfect for martial arts and weightlifting!
Now I’m on my 3rd pair of these I feel I can give a unbiased opinion, so here goes!I am quite flat footed and suffer pain in my calf’s as a result. I powerlift and do Krav Maga on a regular basis and as you can probably guess, that makes the pain even worse. But these insoles have been a godsend to me!When quickly changing direction or slamming your weight through the shoe and insole you can feel the cushioning lock around your footbed, anchoring your feet lightly in the shoe and preventing internal movement which is exactly what I needed. In addition the cushioning when not under shock or pressure has just enough give in it to keep the discomfort at bay after a long day. In addition the pain in my calf’s has reduced dramatically. They are so good that after buying them for my gym shoes, I put them in my work shoes too! But remember everyone’s biology is slightly different and what works for me, may not work for you. However if you do the same sports as me, I have found them good enough to recommend.

Too narrow for normal running shoes (size 5)
These are too narrow for my shoes which means that I have blisters on my big and little toe when they fall off the edge whilst I’m running. They also squeak a lot when you take a step which is irritating. Very disappointed.
