Works well
Installed 2x of these outside the house and its working perfectly fine. It saves time, as I don't have to constantly switch on and off every day. It is bright enough for night visibility, detects motion and is a good value for money.

Tension free.
Just connect it and forget it, no tension to on off everyday. Amazing product. I have using 3 for 5 different lights.

Nice Product. Solves the purpose of auto ON/OFF of outdoor light bulb. I installed it near switch board which is under shade to protect it from direct sunlight and rain. Easy connection of wires mentioned in the pics. Good quality product so far. Will update this comment later about the life span of this product. Recommended šš»

Installed at a Handy Outdoor Location under Roof
Bought it in March 2024 for about ā¹275. Works fine with 50W load - no problems so far: switches the load ON at dusk and switches OFF at dawn. Looks Durable. Hence the 5-star rating.šŖ I have installed it at a handy outdoor location under the roof, instead of at a vertical height of outdoor light. It makes this Photocell easily serviceable/replaceable, not needing a ladder to reach at the top of the pole light.āļø Keeping it under the roof should extend its life as there's no rain and minimum direct sunlight to deteriorate its plastic casing.š Also it is a well known fact that electronic components give up sooner when under the UV rays of Sun for prolonged time.šļøā³ Since the daylight-detection and load (light-bulb) controlling circuitry runs 24x7, I would be satisfied if this Photocell lasts for 3-years, and would be delighted if lasts for more than 5-years.
