Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

I have sensitive skin around my eyes and it is fine for me.

Can i apply concealer under or over this product?

I wouldnt buy it again -it doesnt work. Im sure you can after it dries-I just dont wear concealer very often.

Does this have a tint to it?
