I've been taking this since I've been working out recently, and it's been very noticeable in my overall recovery period and my overall health day to day. This is an excellent product to promote cellular health.

I have been taking these for about a month or so and not really feeling a difference in overall health. I workout already 6 days a week. I have heard a lot about the benefits of adding NAD to your daily routine just not understanding if I am just taking anything or if it’s just something to sale and make money for people. I will keep taking them for a while and be back to write another review. I am just not seeing any benefits for me yet
