how to manage margins .as it waste 2mm each side .plz help in adjusting margins on both side

Don't keep borders, frames. Whatever word you want to print - say three times- type the word three times giving some space between each word and then print. The loss of 2mm each side is unavoidable. But by this method you can save some tape.

can u select number of copies in this printer, like if i need to print 50 copies of the same label

Yes, you can select number of prints, but it is not much useful in this model, since it has got manual cutter, if you select 7400 or G2 model it will be useful. both have auto cut.
